Usage Method

1. Clean the surface of the adsorbed object;
2. Clean the bottom rubber of ETJS-C100;
3. Check whether there are foreign matters at the air extraction port and pressure sensor port;
4. Turn on the start switch [1], gently press the product on the surface of the adsorbate, wait for the automatic adsorption to stop, and then it can be safely lifted;
5. Put the adsorbate in a safe place, press the pressure relief valve [2], and then remove it easily after the pressure relief is completed;

NOTE: 
When lifting materials ensure that the equipment motor is kept on during lifting. The vacuum pump may be frequently started when grabbing these workpieces to ensure internal pressure in the system

NOTE: When using on smooth and compact workpieces, if starting frequency occurs, please check for tight wear or leakage of other seals

3. During the warranty period, those who do not strive to use according to the instructions or dismantle and repair by themselves will not be guaranteed. If they need to repair, they will pay the corresponding maintenance expenses according to the machine parts and maintenance hours.
4. The user shall return ETJS-C100 to the maintenance center designated by our company for repair.
